INSPEN
INSPEN is the research arm of the Valuation and Property Services Department under the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. INSPEN required a second campus to be built for their expanding institution. A site in Kajang nearby to their head office in Putrajaya was identified and Akitek Jururancang
Malaysia were the appointed architects for the design and AJM Interiors executed the interiors. The entire campus consists of multiple class rooms, lecture halls, a library, a large surau and a full track & field with spectator seats.
