Midvalley Megamall
Developed by Tan & Tan Properties, this massive project is one of Asia’s biggest shopping malls and has been accorded numerous awards over the years. The Gardens Mall later became a complementing extension to the on-going success of Midvalley but taps into different market segments, thus extending Midvalley City’s shopping reach to larger and more complete development.
The initial development was planned and designed by Akitek Jururancang Malaysia with AJM Interiors as the appointed interior design consultants who used the concept of ‘flow’ to enable pedestrians to traverse smoothly within the confines of the huge mall. The three circular centre points also allow turning markers to support the stream of pedestrian traffic.
